Sheringham Town and North Norfolk Railway hold an annual 1940's weekend which has grown in popularity over the years and attracts thousands of visitors.
Visitors and locals dress up and most of the shops decorate inside and out, to transport the towns back in time. Many stalls, singing, and dancing can be found dotted around the town, and most of the pubs and social clubs have live bands for you to embrace the 1094's era.
A vehicle and people parade takes place to help transport the atmosphere back in time, to 1940's..
Sheringham hosts a ration book stamping competition with prizes donated by local businesses.
